Early Career Investigator's Submission Instructions

Time and Structure of the Early Career Investigators Meeting

The early career investigator's meeting will be 90 minutes in total length. We recommend a maximum of 4 speakers for the topic to allow each speaker sufficient time to present. The meeting can be structured in a variety of ways based on the topic chosen such as a workshop format or panel discussion. The chair is responsible for ensuring that presentations fall within the allotted time.  Time for questions and discussion  must be included within the 90-minute session.

Instructions for Early Career Investigator Meeting Proposals

The designated chair for the early career investigator meeting should use the format presented below to prepare the following information for review:

  1. Meeting Title
  2. Name and Affiliation of Chair 
  3. Name and Affiliation or other speakers
  4. Brief abstract of talk (word count minimum=50 and maximum=150)

Requirements for Accepted Early Career Investigator Meeting Proposals

In submitting a symposium proposal, chairs and proposed speakers agree, if accepted, to present at their assigned time of Saturday morning.  All presenters are required to register and for and attend the EDRS meeting.
